Payment & Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2025

1. Payment methods

We primarily accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay, bank transfer, and UPI. For international clients, PayPal or other arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Currency

All invoices are issued in INR unless explicitly stated otherwise in your proposal or agreement. When paying via Razorpay, you will be charged securely in INR.

3. Invoicing & due dates

Invoices are typically due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. For larger projects, we may split payments into milestones (for example: 50% advance, 50% on completion) as agreed in writing.

4. Advance payments

For most projects, an advance payment is required before work begins. This secures your slot in our schedule and covers initial planning, design, and setup work.

5. Refunds

Because most of our work is custom and time-based, refunds are generally not offered for work already completed. However, we aim to be fair and reasonable:

  • Before work starts: If you cancel before any work has begun, we can refund your advance minus any non-recoverable fees.
  • In-progress projects: If you choose to stop a project mid-way, you are responsible for payment of the work completed up to that point. Any unused advance may be partially refunded at our discretion.
  • Completed work: Once a project or milestone is delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable.

6. Payment failures & chargebacks

If a payment fails or is reversed (for example, due to a chargeback), we may pause ongoing work until the issue is resolved. You remain responsible for valid charges for work already delivered.

7. Changes in scope

Requests that significantly change the agreed scope may require a revised quote and additional payment. We will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.

8. Questions & support

If you have any questions about payments, invoices, or refunds, please email us at hello@ceorbit.com. We're happy to clarify and find a fair solution.
